Inspiration Hall
Air
Inspired by the feeling of a fresh breath of air, this space incorporates symbolic motifs of hot air balloons, clouds, and paper airplanes to represent the future taking flight. Design elements such as contrasting wood paneling, sculptural forms, and a large skylight evoke a sense of limitless possibility, while the use of natural light and materials reinforces an atmosphere of openness and renewal.
The main activity of Inspiration Hall is Dreams Take Flight. You and your loved ones craft paper airplanes inscribed with prayers, wishes, and dreams. Each plane is then sent upward through a wind tube, symbolizing hope rising into the sky.
Privacy Pods
Fire
Rentable for up to 90 minutes, these privacy pods, inspired by the element of fire, provide comfort and warmth for families working towards a safe and healthy recovery. Whether you need some rest, want to decompress, or prefer to receive care in private, these pods are your safe space.
Some amenities include: climate control, programmable soundscapes, medical ports for equipment, ADA accessibility, light refreshments and snacks, a refrigerator for medications and water, sensory items, and fully dimmable/programmable lighting to suit your needs.
Aquarium
Water
Research shows that aquariums can have a significant positive impact on both mental and physical health. They have been shown to reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, and improve mood. At its core, water promotes peace and tranquility, making it an ideal immersive environment for healing.
Studies show that violet lighting can have positive effects on mood regulation and memory function in the brain. It has also been linked to improvements in depressive-like behavior and increased neural activity.
